Hotel El Convento San Juan

There were a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge and a seating area in the room, enjoyed that.

We thoroughly enjoyed this clean hotel with a nice reception.

We liked the hotel, especially its location and stuff. The restaurant here was great on the third floor, we both ordered excellant dishes.

The property was atmospheric with creative staff with a reservation's manager, I liked my stay. The hotel was set in a very central area next to Old San Juan, restaurants, the Old Town. There was a tapas restaurant nearby.

It's clean hotel nestled in a historic style building in the good area. Attentive employees are at the reception desk. The tapas restaurant on the second floor is what you need.

My room was air-conditioned, silent and I met helpful staff, we had greatcommunication. The location was ideal, for example, San Juan Gate was within walking distance of the hotel. The tapas bar was good and the drinks were bottled. Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in San Juan.

We enjoyed service and rooms here.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

I came here for 4 nights and had a pleasant stay. The hotel was top-notch and reasonably priced, and the staff were wonderfully helpful, loved the unbeatable location adjacent to Very close to all attractions and fortress. Booked a room with exquisite views of the bay.

Overall my stay was enjoyable and I would come here again. The pool was lovely and the views were splendid.

Staff were attentive and the hotel was unique, it had perfect location close to almost everything in Old San Juan. In overall the room was silent and with a view of the harbor.

The breakfast was not very good, I think it could be way much better.

Stunningly beautiful ocean views, excellent food. The beach was spectacular. I loved that the room was big size and had 2 double beds. Such a superb service too. Complimentary drinks, premium wifi were a nice surprise.

The place is beautifully appointed and spotless, everything is fantastic, it should have higher than 4 star rating.

Altogether it was great value for money though. The staff and location was what makes that place very good. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a wonderful area. Absolutely gorgeous view, a big balcony, fine bed, too. Quick check-in too.

We liked this property and would recommend it. Place was fairly clean and beautiful designed. A boxed breakfast was savoury, included decent dishes. It was great to have internet in the reception.

The hotel is quite clean. Elegant room, really comfortable bed and a cozy decor. I would happily return when I travel to San Juan.

Proactive staff, contemporary rooms, plentiful breakfast and reliable wi-fi. We loved the library bar. Lots of supplies in the room: air conditioner, flat-screen television and microwave. The staff did all they can for an amazing stay. The pool was brilliant and the garden — small.

this accommodation was truly memorable and fairly clean, it had outstanding staff and service. really big suite and super comfortable bed. they made my stay perfect. also, escambron beach was max 20 minutes walk to.

Hotel is GREAT in general. Besides, we had free Wi Fi.
